Visier is a leader in people analytics, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Strategic People Business Partner.

As a key member of our Enterprise go-to-market team, you'll work closely with senior leaders and executives to provide high-impact advice and partnership. Your client group will span multiple countries, states, and roles, offering a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Form a strategic partnership with your client group to deeply understand their key business priorities and provide tailored talent initiatives and advice to help achieve those priorities.
  • Drive manager effectiveness by providing direct partnership to our managers and coaching them to be even more successful.
  • Facilitate organizational development by working with leaders and stakeholders across teams to assess organizational needs and develop initiatives to meet them.
  • Manage Employee Relations by applying your existing knowledge of best practices and employment law alongside your deep understanding of business priorities and creative thinking and consultation skills.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making by leveraging data insights to help leaders make better decisions.
  • Lead talent projects and initiatives by rolling up your sleeves and leading a centre of excellence within P&C.

Requirements:

  • Relevant post-secondary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including related positions such as HR Business Partner, etc.
  • Experience working in tech or a similar industry, with an understanding of SaaS company business models and economics.
  • Proven track record of strategic partnership and/or consultation to help organizations achieve results.
  • Excellent business acumen and a broad view of business beyond just HR.
  • Experience with, or a genuine curiosity to learn, analytics and data-driven decision-making practices.
  • Strong functional knowledge of US employment law and the ability to research other jurisdictions and practices when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.

The base pay range for this position is $100k - $125k / year + bonus, and the compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge, and skills.
