Role OverviewThe Client Marketing Solutions Inside Territory Manager will drive growth by generating pipeline opportunities within existing customer accounts. This involves identifying decision-makers, qualifying leads, and influencing closed business deals. Accounts will consist of a mix of licensing strategies, including Enterprise Agreements, Select Agreements, Open Agreements, and non-annuity arrangements.
- Upselling into existing accounts to increase revenue.
- Executing timely licensing agreements renewal and true-ups of these agreements.
- Increasing the licensing level of customers.
- Exploring opportunities in current white spaces.
Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with prospective customers to influence software purchasing decisions through strategic account management, including calls, emails, webinars, etc.
- Achieving or exceeding weekly pipeline quota of opportunities and effectively managing close rates.
- Proactively prospecting new business from existing contacts and leveraging relationships to drive sales.
- Collaborating directly with customers and channel partners.
Key Qualifications
- Expertise in selling enterprise software solutions and services to C-level executives against competitive industry products and services.
- Previous experience finding environments and qualifying opportunities for company-wide agreements.
- Consultative selling skills in call center or non-call center settings.
- Working knowledge and understanding of structural differences among small, mid, and large businesses, as well as overall business structure.
- Ability to function effectively in a multi-tasking environment.
Technical Skills
- Experience with email management in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office Products, Siebel, or any sales-focused CRM.
- Exposure to ERP solutions at a high level.
Communication Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, ensuring effective communication across all levels within the organization.
- Strong listening skills to identify customers' interests and respond appropriately.
- Ability to understand customer product needs and provide recommendations.
- Ability to identify customer budget, timeline, decision-making processes, and create buying vision with the customer.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales experience.
- 2+ years of software sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in cold-calling.
- Knowledge and experience working within a solution-selling or consultative-selling methodology.
- Entrepreneurial drive and work ethic.
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
- Strong focus on customer and partner satisfaction.
- Demonstrated effectiveness with personal ethics and integrity.
- College degree preferred.
