To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership or management, preferably in the food service industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with proficiency in MS Excel.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $1,000,000 - $1,500,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
