Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in educating customers about the features and benefits of President's Choice Financial products within store pavilions.
With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for understanding customers' needs to make informed recommendations, providing exceptional advice and product knowledge, and driving sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's products. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality when working with customer information and build positive working relationships with store personnel.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a financial or retail setting. You should be comfortable with sales targets and eager to push beyond them. A talent for acquiring new customers and excellent communication skills are essential, as well as a high level of integrity and accountability when handling confidential customer information.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $17.75 per hour minimum protection guarantee plus commission, based on industry standards and location.
