In the role of Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Kingston store and ensuring excellent customer service and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store staff and daily operations to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to optimize sales performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide training to enhance staff skills and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of success.

Compensation Package:
  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
