Store Management Lead

In the role of Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Kingston store and ensuring excellent customer service and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage store staff and daily operations to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to optimize sales performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training to enhance staff skills and productivity.
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of success.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet business demands.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
