As an Office Operations Coordinator at Canexpress Flatbed Ltd, you will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines. Your role will involve scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answering electronic enquiries. You will also be responsible for compiling data, statistics and other information, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, arranging travel, related itineraries and making reservations, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems. Your tasks will also include typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents. This is a permanent role with 35 hours work per week in English.
