We are seeking a highly skilled Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at SHELL.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position responsible for coordinating daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth office functioning.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting staff, coordinating information flow, directing daily activities, and supervising workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assistance and Support: Provide assistance to staff members, coordinate consultation procedures, and handle grievances.
- Information Coordination: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless communication.
- Operational Direction: Direct and control daily operations, maintaining productivity and efficiency.
- Supervision and Training: Supervise other workers, train staff, and establish policies and procedures.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to electronic inquiries, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.
- Greeting and Direction: Greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and set up manual and computerized filing systems.
- Marketing and Communication: Collaborate with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages effectively.
- Financial Management: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A strong educational background in a related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
Compensation and Benefits:
- An estimated salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
