Job Summary:
At ST. LOUIS BAR & GRILL, we are seeking an exceptional Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to our team members, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Direct and control daily operations, including opening and distributing mail and other materials, to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information to support business decisions.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering electronic enquiries, compiling data, statistics, and other information, and ordering office supplies to maintain inventory.
- Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, conduct research, and perform data entry to support administrative tasks.
- Assist with providing customer service and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
