Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at ST. LOUIS BAR & GRILL. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Direct and control daily operations
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Conduct research
- Perform data entry
- Provide customer service
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
Work Environment
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 hours per week
