We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Canasia School Inc.

About the Job

This is a permanent position, working 35-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, arranging seminars and conferences, and planning daily operations. They will also establish and implement office procedures and routines, as well as provide customer service and supervise office staff.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about providing exceptional administrative support, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
