Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at CANASIA SCHOOL INC. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Maintain accurate records and prepare minutes of meetings
- Establish and implement office procedures and routines
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Work Setting: Private school
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
