Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the RoleKey Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff.
  • Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers.
  • Create new recipes that meet quality standards.
  • Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
  • Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods to meet customer expectations.
  • Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards.
  • Recruit and hire staff with the right skills and attitude.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high standards.
