Rabbit Hole is a renowned culinary institution seeking an exceptional Executive Culinary Team Lead to spearhead our kitchen operations.
Estimated Salary Range:$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the RoleKey Responsibilities:- Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff.
- Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers.
- Create new recipes that meet quality standards.
- Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
- Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods to meet customer expectations.
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards.
- Recruit and hire staff with the right skills and attitude.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high standards.
