Training and Development Manager

Olympia Transportation Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures: Develop and manage budgets for training programs, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Establish and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Oversee Classification and Rating of Occupations: Analyze and classify job roles to determine training needs.
- Plan, Develop, and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage Training and Development Strategies: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Organize Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures: Facilitate open communication between employees and management.
- Oversee Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Assign, Coordinate, and Review Projects and Programs: Manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
- Plan, Organize, Direct, Control, and Evaluate Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high levels of attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Possess excellent verbal communication skills.
