Training and Development Manager

Olympia Transportation Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and control budget and expenditures for training programs
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for employee development
- Oversee the classification and rating of occupations within the organization
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage training and development strategies to improve employee performance
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive work environment
- Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives
- Fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Judgement and organizational skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent position with 40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
