Training and Development Manager

Olympia Transportation Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures: Develop and manage budgets for training programs, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Establish and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Oversee Classification and Rating of Occupations: Analyze job requirements and develop classification and rating systems to ensure accurate placement of employees.
- Plan, Develop, and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business needs.
- Manage Training and Development Strategies: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Organize Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures: Establish and manage procedures for staff consultation and grievance resolution.
- Oversee Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Assign, Coordinate, and Review Projects and Programs: Manage projects and programs to ensure successful completion and alignment with business objectives.
- Plan, Organize, Direct, Control, and Evaluate Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to ensure efficient and effective daily operations.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high levels of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Possess excellent oral communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent Written Communication: Demonstrate excellent written communication skills to produce clear and concise reports, documents, and correspondence.
- Judgement: Exercise sound judgement to make informed decisions and resolve complex issues.
- Organized: Possess strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
