Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training & Development Manager to lead our organization's training initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to identify training needs and develop solutions.
- Design and deliver training sessions that are engaging, interactive, and effective.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources or business administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
