Job Summary:The Training and Development Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in training and development
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
- Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Manage training and development strategies
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Oversee payroll administration
- Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
