Training and Development Manager

Olympia Transportation Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and overseeing the classification and rating of occupations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be able to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, manage training and development strategies, and organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
The Training and Development Manager will also be responsible for overseeing payroll administration, assigning, coordinating, and reviewing projects and programs, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
We are looking for a team player with excellent oral and written communication skills, who is organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The working hours are 40 hours per week, and the language of work is English.
