Olympia Transportation Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and overseeing the classification and rating of occupations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies, managing training and development strategies, and organizing staff consultation and grievance procedures.

In this role, you will also oversee payroll administration, assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations. If you have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, judgement, and are organized, we encourage you to apply.
