Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record of success in B2B sales.

About the Role

This Sales Executive position is responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and closing deals. As a key member of our sales team, you will be expected to work closely with Business Development Account Managers and leadership to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through cold-calling, field walk-ins, and other sales strategies.
  • Sales Process: Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and making initial presentations.
  • Closing Deals: Build rapport with potential accounts, explain service capabilities, overcome objections, and prepare contracts.
  • CRM Management: Utilize customer relationship management systems to maintain all customer information and manage your Hot 25 list.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner, collaborating with colleagues, and effectively working with operations and marketing teams.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years outside B2B sales experience, with a preference for recent job experience in outside sales.
  • Demonstrated Track Record: Proven success with a minimum of 2 full calendar years of achieving sales goals (105% or higher via scorecard or sales dashboard).
  • Skill Set: Strong prospecting and territory development skills, proficiency in CRM systems, including data entry and organization of sales data.
  • Sales Training Certificate: Prior sales training certificate (e.g., Sandler, President's Club, Dale Carnegie) is preferred.
  • Personality and Attitude: Outgoing, dynamic personality with a can-do attitude that thrives on challenges.
