">Your Responsibilities

- Design and deliver high-quality research projects that meet or exceed client expectations, ensuring timely completion and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle;">
- Manage engagement planning and scheduling, as well as project financials (budgets, WIP, timely billing, collection, variance recognition) to ensure seamless execution and optimal financial performance;">
- Develop and review proposals, reports, presentations, and other correspondence to ensure clarity, accuracy, and persuasive impact;">
- Maintain high-quality control and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify, and address issues or key risks relevant to the client's business;">
- Network in the local business community, identifying opportunities for business development and collaborating with stakeholders to drive growth and success;">
- Mentor, motivate, and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews;">
- Contribute to strategic and operational planning related to client and practice management, developing new ideas and approaches to improve work processes and enhance client satisfaction.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will require:
">- ">
- A Master's or PhD in Agricultural Economics, with a strong background in quantitative economic methods and data analysis;">
- 10+ years of consulting experience, preferably in a client-service environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results;">
- CMC, PMP, or other related certifications, which are considered assets in this field;">
- Demonstrated advanced project management skills and tactics, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously;">
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals, reports, and presentations;">
- Proven people management, relationship building, and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members;">
- Strong strategic planning and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.">
