Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Territory Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within a designated geographic area, promoting and selling agricultural products to farmers, dealers, and other key stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in agricultural sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about agriculture and driven to succeed. As an Agricultural Territory Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Managing and growing a designated geographic territory, ensuring comprehensive coverage and market presence with a robust dealer network.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers, agricultural cooperatives, dealers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to address inquiries, concerns, and product-related issues.
  • Conducting product presentations and training sessions for customers and dealership partners.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or a related field, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in agricultural sales, preferably in a managerial or territory management role.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural products, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance. Additionally, you will be reimbursed for all business-related expenses, including internet, phone, office supplies, business trips, meals, hotels, and approved promotional expenses for dealers and customers.
