    • Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients, managing negotiations, and closing deals.
    • Sales Operations: Organize and manage regional and divisional sales operations, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies.
    • Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff, ensuring high performance and productivity.
    • Project Management: Assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
    • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient supply chain management.

    • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of sales operations.
