Strategic Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Leader to join our team at Reliable AOC Inc. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for determining strategic planning related to new product lines, establishing organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, and leading sales teams in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales, or equivalent experience. They will also possess efficient interpersonal skills, be organized, and have the ability to plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Determining strategic planning related to new product lines
- Establishing organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
- Leading sales teams in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts
- Planning, directing, and evaluating the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments
