About the Role

Ofuure Inc. is seeking a Strategic Retail Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in retail sales management and possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum productivity.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure effective utilization of personnel and maximize productivity.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold based on market research and consumer demand.
  • Implement price and credit policies to optimize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale to ensure high-quality products are available to customers.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial health and make informed business decisions.
  • Determine staffing requirements based on sales projections and business needs.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail sales management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Able to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
