**Job Overview**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Health and Safety Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide field support with a focus on administering the health and safety management system.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct regular site safety inspections and hazard assessments to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions and controls to mitigate risks.
  • Assist with site critical task planning, including crane lifts and fall protection systems.
  • Lead incident investigations, utilizing DNV SCAT methodology.
  • Conduct onsite quality review of Supervision safety documentation.
  • Recommend disciplinary action to Supervision where non-compliance is observed.
  • Provide coaching on safety legislation and Delnor safety program to Supervision.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • NCSO certification is mandatory.
  • A valid First Aid certificate is required.
  • OHS-related education is an asset.
  • A Tap Root Investigation Certificate is an asset.
  • Audit experience is an asset.

**Salary and Benefits**

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive health and wellness program, professional development opportunities, and a competitive compensation package.

**Location**

This role is based in Calgary, Alberta, with frequent travel to project sites in the surrounding area.
