Executive Chef

Nawab's Indian Cuisine is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:- Estimate and manage food costs, supplies, and labor
- Analyze operating costs and optimize kitchen efficiency
- Develop and implement new menu items and recipes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and specialist chefs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events and promotions
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Cook Trade Certification
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
