Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Creative Construction Project Manager to join our team at EBC in Ottawa. This is a permanent opportunity that will see you lead our major construction project from start to finish.

About the Role

As a Creative Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, and execution. You will work closely with our building specialists, engineers, and architects to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and outside the box. You will be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project team to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, architecture, and procurement
• Manage and mitigate risks, including ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
• Communicate effectively with the project team, including providing regular updates and progress reports
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
