Job Summary

Premium Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, planning and organizing daily operations, and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and budgeting
  • Monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license
