Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Coordinate logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and scheduling, to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, crew lists, progress reports, and schedules.
  • Oversee the organization and storage of production and post-production files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Coordinate the delivery of final files to clients, ensuring all deliverables meet the required specifications and deadlines.
  • Support post-production processes by facilitating effective communication between editors, sound designers, and other post-production staff.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to ensure timely project completion.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in production and/or post-production, with a strong understanding of the creative process and technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Monday.com, and a strong understanding of file management systems and protocols.
  • Experience in project coordination, emphasizing meticulous file organization and efficient document management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
