About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Premium Construction. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for construction project management.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the activities of subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet project deadlines and milestones;
  • Hire and supervise subcontractor activities as needed;
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for quality control;
  • Operate Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and other computer systems;
  • Analyze data and information to inform decision-making;
  • Prepare reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  • 1 year of experience in construction project coordination;
  • Valid driver's license;
  • Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) clearance Certificate;
  • Basic security clearance;
  • Familiarity with CAD software and other computer systems;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
