Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management

Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability and efficiency. Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and increase revenue.

Operations Planning

Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent customer service.

Customer Service

Ensure that customers receive a high level of service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Health and Safety

Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and that staff are trained to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Supplier Management

Negotiate with suppliers to ensure that we receive the best possible prices and services.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Schedule

32 to 40 hours per week
