Key Responsibilities- Develop Advanced Analytics Solutions: Utilize expertise in data science, machine learning, and AI to drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with Clients: Work directly with stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs.
- Present Analytic Solutions: Communicate results to business teams and senior management, highlighting the robustness of the solution and its potential to generate business value.
- Operationalize Analytic Solutions: Develop plans to help operationalize analytic solutions and ensure their effective implementation.
- Translate Strategy into Action: Demonstrate the ability to translate strategy into action, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex issues in a simple way.
- Professional Experience: 5-8 years of professional work experience, with at least 4 years in data analytics.
- Domain Experience: Domain experience in Healthcare is required.
- Technical Skills: Strong SQL, SAS, proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint. Good to have a data science background knowledge and experience.
- Communication Skills: Ability to engage with Executive/VP-level stakeholders from client teams to effectively translate business problems to analytics solutions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong communications and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently speak to clients and team members.
- Education: Graduate Degree in Business Analytics or MBA equivalent work experience.
