Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics approaches and methodologies to drive informed business decisions.
  • Work on cutting-edge data science applications to solve complex business problems in the healthcare and life sciences domain.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business challenges into high-level analytics solution designs.
  • Present analytic solutions to business audiences, highlighting the robustness of the solution and its potential to generate business value.
  • Communicate results to senior management, business teams, and develop plans to operationalize analytic solutions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to translate strategy into action, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex issues in a simple way.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in data analytics.
  • Domain experience in healthcare is required.
  • Strong SQL, SAS, and MS Office skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint. A data science background and experience are highly desirable.
  • The analytics consultant will validate data science outputs with actual results, presenting them as a package to stakeholders. The consultant is not expected to build the model itself.
  • Ability to engage with executive/VP-level stakeholders from client teams to effectively translate business problems to analytics solutions.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently speak to clients and team members.
  • Ability to work with data science teams to embed analytic outputs in business processes.
  • Graduate degree in business analytics or MBA equivalent work experience.
