Job Summary:

As a legal and regulatory compliance advisor at Desjardins, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our organization maintains a high level of compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This includes designing, implementing, and monitoring compliance frameworks and enforcing related rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement compliance action plans, programs, and solutions to balance business needs and best practices
  • Diagnose and analyze issues, challenges, and needs to determine target outcomes
  • Develop and propose recommendations to improve compliance and risk management
  • Train internal practitioners and communicate information about our culture of ethics and compliance
  • Oversee business line activities and represent internal and external partners and practitioners

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of four years of relevant experience
