Compliance Training Coordinator

Job Summary:

beBee Professionals is looking for a Compliance Training Coordinator to develop and deliver compliance training programs to ensure employees are aware of and adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance training programs
  • Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Develop and maintain compliance training materials
  • Provide guidance and advice to employees on compliance issues
  • Monitor and report on compliance-related activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a compliance-related role
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
