About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Peel Car Sales Inc. as an Operations Coordinator. This is a permanent position that requires a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Procedure Review: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including data assembly and report preparation.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate administrative procedures to ensure they are meeting the needs of the organization.
  • Language and Hours: The successful candidate will be fluent in English and work 30-40 hours per week.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
