About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director to join our team at 1370615 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and train a team of kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
