Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Plan and develop menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Chef Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Work Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Restaurant, urban area.
