We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Hoppla Restaurants Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning customers.

Chef Management

Lead and manage a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency and minimize waste.

Quality Control

Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety standards, as well as our high culinary standards.

Staff Development

Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and promote a culture of excellence within the team.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant environment.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of attention to detail and physical stamina.
