About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Kelly O'Bryans Neighbourhood Restaurant (2000) Ltd. as a key member of our kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Management

Supervise and train a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Inventory Management

Manage the inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu requirements.

Kitchen Maintenance

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the kitchen, including cleaning, repairs, and replacements of equipment and fixtures.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a similar establishment.

Language

Fluency in English is essential.

Work Hours

30-35 hours per week.
