Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute impactful account growth strategies to nurture key relationships and drive sales growth.
- Process quotes and orders, ensuring exceptional quality and service to our customers.
- Collaborate with our Sales, Estimation, and Procurement teams to drive business forward.
- Participate in rotational training in various departments, including Estimating, Procurement, Logistics, and Prospecting.
- Travel quarterly to the USA for in-person client meetings and tradeshows.
- Personal and professional development opportunities to help you grow and succeed.
- A thriving team culture with promotion prospects as we continue to grow.
- Company ownership through our ESOP program after 6 months.

- 2 years of professional work experience in sales or a related field.
- Bachelor's or college degree in a related field (a plus).
- Bilingual English/Spanish/French (a plus).
- Co-op, internships, ICC, or extracurricular experience (a plus).
- Experience working in horticulture (a plus).
