Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for energy chemicals, focusing on yield, price, and total revenue targets.
  • Assess and mitigate key risks to the business strategy, ensuring effective negotiation and contract renewal processes.
  • Lead the development and execution of contract renewals, implementing effective negotiating strategies and creative solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure key business development opportunities, developing customer relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate terms of sale and collaborate with key stakeholder groups on service standards to facilitate execution and measure the reliability of the product sold to customers.
  • Gather market and customer intelligence and ensure it is communicated to key internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple large projects with extended sales cycles, building and mentoring an exceptional sales organization and growth culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional sales experience within energy, transportation, logistics, or supply chain industries.
  • Solid understanding of the sales process and demonstrated revenue growth.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, financial acumen, and financial analysis skills.
  • Valid driver's license and passport required.
