Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at UFT CAN. INC. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and software to provide the best possible support
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a 40 to 44 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
