Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team at UFT CAN. INC. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Resolve technical issues and problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and software
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
