Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Representative to join our team at Superior Propane. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, and positioning solutions to ensure a smooth sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for residential and small commercial customers interested in joining the Superior Propane family or increasing their footprint with us.
- Take inbound sales calls and web leads, qualify the prospect, and close the sale.
- Manage your funnel through active follow-up and contribute to customer retention through top-notch customer service and proactive outbound campaigns.
- Feed the commercial sales team funnel by qualifying large opportunities and getting them to the field for follow-up by the right expert.
- Work collaboratively with other teams throughout the business to ensure our customers receive a great onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Three years of experience working with customers, with a bonus for sales experience.
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Customer-focused relationship builder.
- Solid computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc) and quick to learn new applications.
- Previous experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems is a bonus.
