Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Parts Sales Representative to join our team at our Cambridge Construction & Forestry location. This role requires a sales professional who can promote and sell Brandt parts and service while delivering top-notch after-sales support to our existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Drive revenue growth by promoting and selling Brandt parts and service.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional after-sales support and increase loyalty.
- Territory Planning: Develop and implement a yearly territory plan to optimize sales performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with management to achieve budget goals and expand our customer base.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales within the heavy equipment industry.
- Travel: Ability to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract.
Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options and paid time off.
