Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Representative to join our team at Superior Propane. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building rapport with customers, developing new leads, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for residential and small commercial customers interested in joining the Superior Propane family or increasing their footprint with us.
  • Take inbound sales calls and web leads, qualify the prospect, and close the sale.
  • Manage your funnel through active follow-up and contribute to customer retention through top-notch customer service and proactive outbound campaigns.
  • Feed the commercial sales team funnel by qualifying large opportunities and getting them to the field for follow-up by the right expert.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams throughout the business to ensure our customers receive a great onboarding experience.

Requirements:

  • Three years of experience working with customers, with a bonus for sales experience.
  • Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Customer-focused relationship builder.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and the ability to quickly learn new applications.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Bilingual in French and/or Spanish? We're actively looking for bilingual reps.
