We are seeking a highly skilled Career Development Coordinator to join our team at Arctic Immigration. This is a full-time permanent position, with an estimated salary of $45,000 per year.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and relay messages, and providing excellent customer service to clients. You will also oversee the development of communication strategies, order office supplies, and maintain inventory. Additionally, you will be required to perform data entry, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and experience of 1 to less than 7 months. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word is also essential. As a permanent employee, you will work 30 to 40 hours per week and be required to speak English fluently.
