Job Description

This position involves assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures, providing information and services, preparing notices and advertisements, advising job applicants, recruiting graduates, typing and proofreading documents, and coordinating activities with the marketing department.

Responsibilities
  1. Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure smooth communication and conflict resolution within the organization.
  2. Provide information and services, such as employee assistance and counseling, to support the well-being and development of employees.
  3. Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent and promote company initiatives.
  4. Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  5. Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to identify potential candidates for available positions.
  6. Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to maintain high-quality standards.
  7. Provide staff training to enhance skills and knowledge, contributing to individual and team growth.
  8. Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, promoting company initiatives and brand awareness.
  9. Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  10. Enforce provincial and territorial laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  11. Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet organizational goals and objectives.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position that requires working on site at our physical location. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to support the well-being and success of our employees.

Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
